Expert Home Inspection Services

All our inspections whether you are buying or selling, building or remolding, is completed by a certified home inspector(s) with years of experience and are trained to identify myriad of potential problems and hazards with the property. It is important to note, Utah does not require your home inspector to be trained, licensed or certified when doing home inspections. This is why it is critical who you choose to do your inspection.  I started this company, because I do this for a living.  I work for one of the largest lreal estate developers in Park City.  We specialize in building luxury ski-in/ski-out condominiums and homes.  So, I know what is expected (and, required by code) in constructing homes, condominium commercial building, and I also know when something is not built to quality (expected) standards.  Being a former US Marine, I(we) take pride in doing your inspection with the utmost integrity, an attention to detail few can match, and thoroughness that few have the energy and willingness  to muster.  

I can offer flexible  times to do any type of inspection. I perform inspections during the weekend, and over multiple days, if necessary.  (Some inspections may take multiple days due the size of the property.)

In addition to our comprehensive home inspection, we also offer and perform testing for radon, mold, and other potential hazards when requested or observed during the inspection.

We offer fair and competitive pricing for all our inspections and related services.  There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.  We assure that to all our clients that our fees will match the knowledge, experience  and confidence you will gain from our comprehensive inspections.  

Partial inspections, at a reduced price, can be negotiated in certain cases.  I do not recommend this, but certain factors may require this as an option.
