As a one man operation, I can assure you that my inspections are based on an abundance of knowledge, extensive experience, and a strict attention to detail.  I also did my due diligence, and completed the required home inspection course hours of study and passed my examination through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).

  I perform every inspection as if it were my own property I was purchasing. I use all the modern tools of the trade when conducting my examinations. I am a former United States Marine, which has made me a very detailed oriented individual that prides oneself on integrity, thoroughness, and hard work. I do not cut corners! I have been a 10 year member of both the International Association of Ironworkers and Allied Pipefitters Unions in Philadelphia, PA.  So, I know how things are built. I also educated having graduated from Rutgers University and attended MBA program at Florida Atlantic University. Lastly, I am still in the business of building as a construction superintendent for one the best and well-known developers in Park City.
